ROBERT S. BARKO, AKA ROBERT BARKO, AKA ROBERT F. BARKO, EXECUTOR OF THE ESTATE OF JOHN H. MILLER, ET AL.,

DEFENDANTS.

The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Executors, Administrators, Spouse and Assigns and the Unknown Guardians of Minor and/or Incompetent Heirs of John H. Miller, whose last known address is Address Unknown, and will take notice that on the 27th day of May, 2005, ABN Amro Mortgage Group, Inc. filed its Complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Mahoning County Ohio in Case No. 05CV 1905 on the docket of the Court, and the object and demand for relief of which pleading is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the following described real estate, to wit:

PROPERTY LOCATED AT: 447 N. Schenley Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44509 and being more particularly described in plaintiff's mortgage recorded in Mortgage Book 4845, Page 122, of this County Recorder's Office.

PERMANENT PARCEL NO. 53-174-0-314.00-0

The above named defendant is required to answer within twenty-eight (28) days after last publication, which shall be published once a week for six consecutive weeks, said answer day being the 25th day of August, 2005, or they might be denied a hearing in this case.
