Unknown Spouse, if any, of Virginia Mae James, whose last known place address is 208 East Ravenwood Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44507, and Unknown heirs and their spouses, the devisees, legatees, executors, administrators and assigns of Virginia Mae James, and the unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of Virginia Mae James, all of whose last addresses are unknown, will hereby take notice that on the 27th day of May, 2005, Key Bank, N.A., filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, Case Number 05CV 1915. The object of, and demand for relief in, the Complaint is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which plaintiff alleges that the foregoing defendants have or claim to have an interest:

Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning, and State of Ohio:

And known as being Youngstown City Lot No. 24641 according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City in the Realty Company's Plat, a subdivision of a part of Youngstown City Out Lot 828 and part of Youngstown Township Great Lot 27, as shown by the recorded plat of said Subdivision in Volume 11, Page 42 of Mahoning County Records of Plats.

Said Youngstown City Lot 24641 has a frontage of 50 feet on the Northerly line of Pasadena Avenue, and extends back therefrom a distance of 200 feet on its Easterly line, a distance of 200 feet on its Westerly line and has a rear line of 50 feet as appears by said Plat.

PROPERTY LOCATION: 48 Pasadena Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44507.

The defendants named above are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 25th day of August, 2005.
