Johnny Pringle and the Unknown Spouse of Johnny Pringle, if any, whose exact address cannot be ascertained with reasonable diligence, shall take notice that on the 4th day of April, 2005, Plaintiff, American Tax Funding, LLC, filed its Complaint in Foreclosure in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case Number 05CV 1256, to foreclose the liens held by it for deliquent real estate taxes, assessments, penalties, interest, charges, and costs with respect to the real property located at:

And known as being City Lot No. 27675 according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City bounded and described as follows:

Beginning on the South side of Halleck Street at a point which is distance East 100 feet from the intersection of the South line Halleck Street with the East line of Kensington Avenue; said point of beginning being also the Northeast corner of City Lot No. 27674; thence South along the East line of said City Lot No. 27674 a distance of 200 feet to the Southeast corner of said City Lot No. 27674; thence East parallel with the South line of Halleck Street, a distance of 50 feet to the Southwest corner of City Lot No. 27676, a distance of 200 feet to the South line of Halleck Street; thence West along the South line of Halleck Street, a distance of 50 feet to the place of beginning.

You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 25th day of August, 2005.

In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
