To the Defendants Terrance M. Chatman, Tanissa E. Chatman and any occupants of 751 Roxbury Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio (collectively referred to "Defendants"), whose present whereabouts are unknown and cannot, with reasonable diligence be ascertained, will take notice that on the 3rd day of December, 2004, Sky Bank, successor by merger to The Mahoning National Bank filed its Complaint for Foreclosure ("Complaint") in the Court of Common Pleas, Mahoning County, Ohio, where the same is now pending in Case No. 04CV 04215.
The object and relief demanded in the Complaint is foreclosure of an open-end mortgage against real estate owned by Terrance M. Chatman, in which the said Defendants may claim an interest in and to, which is more fully described as follows:
Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio, and known as being Youngstown City Lot Numbers 35878 and 35879 in Cochran Park, East Subdivision, as shown by the recorded plat of said Subdivision in Volume 19 of Maps, Pages 24 and 25, of Mahoning County Records.
Said Youngstown City Lot Numbers 35878 and 35879 together form a parcel of land having a frontage of Ninety-five (95) feet on the Southerly line of Roxbury Avenue and extending back between parallel lines One Hundred Thirty (130) feet on the Easterly line, One Hundred Thirty (130) feet on the Westerly line, which is also the Easterly line of Garden Road, having a rear line of Ninety-four and Three Tenths (94.3) feet, as appears by said Plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

You are required to answer the Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of this notice, which will be published once each week for six successive weeks, said answer day being the 25th day of August, 2005.
In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as permitted by the Ohio Civil Rules of Procedure within the time stated, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
