Defendants, Kimberly Sue Six, Michael J. Bradway, Amanda L. Bradway, Shirley L. Caldrone, Carol E. Bradway and Janet M. Six, whose last known address is unknown is hereby notified that the Plaintiff filed a Complaint of Foreclosure and Other Equitable Relief on February 18, 2005 in Case No. 2005CV00620, on property described as follows:
Situated in the Village of Beloit, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio: And known as being Lot No. 7 in H.G. Stanley Addition. Said Lot has a frontage of 63 feet on the North line of Fifth Street and extends back on its East line 105 feet and on its West line 105 feet; having a rear line of 63 feet and rear line abutting the South line of a 16 feet unnamed alley, as appears by said Plat.

PROPERTY LOCATION: 10892 Fifth Street, Beloit, Ohio 44609.
Also, known as 10892 Fifth Street, Beloit, Ohio 44609, and that there remains due and owing $73,687.91 with interest at 8.65% per annum from October 5, 2004, and costs: that the Defendants named in the Complaint may have an interest in said Property; therefore, Plaintiff demands that it be found to have a good, valid first and best subsisting lien on said premises, for the amount owing; that the Defendants equity of redemption be foreclosed; that all the parties be required to answer as to their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting any interest therein; that all liens on said premises be marshalled and their priorities determined; that said premises be sold as upon execution and the proceeds of said sale be applied according to law; and for such other relief as is just equitable.
Defendants first hereinabove mentioned are further notified that they are required to answer said Complaint on or before the 23rd day of August, 2005, which includes Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, or judgment may be rendered as demanded therein.
