NOTICE IN SUIT FOR
FORECLOSURE OF MORTGAGE
PLAINTIFF,
VS.
AMY TOLLEY, ET AL.,
DEFENDANTS.
CAN Investments, LTD, dba Aartz Construction, whose last known address is c/o Charles Nash, Statutory Agent, 955 Palmetto, Akron, Ohio 44306, and the unknown successors, assigns and surviving entities of CAN Investments, LTD, dba Aarta Construction, all of whose residences are unknown and cannot by reasonable diligence be ascertained, will take notice that on the 28th day of March, 2005, WM Specialty Mortgage, LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company, c/o Chase Home Finance, LLC filed its Complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Mahoning County Ohio in Case No. 05CV 1094 on the docket of the Court, and the object and demand for relief of which pleading is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the following described real estate, to wit:
PROPERTY LOCATED AT: 17954 Sixth Street, Beloit, Ohio 44609 and being more particularly described in plaintiff's mortgage recorded in Mortgage Book 5407, Page 581, of this County Recorder's Office.
PERMANENT PARCEL NO. 17-008-0-169.00-0
All of the above named defendants are required to answer within twenty-eight (28) days after last publication, which shall be published once a week for six consecutive weeks, said answer day being the 12th day of August, 2005, or they might be denied a hearing in this case.
