GIBSON CONTRACTING AND THOMAS GIBSON, whose last known address/place of residence was 9823 Deltona Drive, New Middletown, Ohio 44442, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown, will hereby take notice that on the 12th day of November, 2004, ARTIS HENDERSON filed a Third-Party Complaint against you in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case Number 04CV 1064 on the docket of said Court, alleging that

Defendant/Third Party-Plaintiff, Artis Henderson demands judgment against Third-Party Defendants, Gibson Contracting and Thomas Gibson, in an amount in excess of Nine Thousand Dollars and 00/100 ($9,000) that will fully compensate him for his injuries, losses and damages, plus interest, punitive damages, costs of this action, and any other relief this honorable court finds appropriate.

You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 9th day of August, 2005.

In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
