To Mohsen Shirriz, whose last known address was 678 12th Street, Campbell, Ohio 44405, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; you are hereby notified that you have been named Defendant in a legal action entitled, JP Morgan Chase Bank, N.A. (Successor by merger to Bank One, N.A.), Plaintiff, vs. Mohsen Shirriz, et al., Defendants, filed on the 25th day of January, 2005. The action has been assigned Case Number 05CV 288 and is pending in the in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Youngstown, Ohio 44503-1726.

The object of the Complaint is to foreclose the mortgage against real estate more fully described below:

Situated in the City of Campbell, County of Mahoning, State of Ohio, and known as being Lot No. 3368 recording to the latest enumeration of lots in said City in Replat of City Lots 3359-3366 as recorded in Volume 99 of Plats, Page 18, Mahoning County Records.

You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 9th day of August, 2005.
