(Successor by merger to Bank One, N.A.), Plaintiff, vs. Mohsen Shirriz, et al., Defendants, filed on the 25th day of January, 2005. The action has been assigned Case Number 05CV 288 and is pending in the in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Youngstown, Ohio 44503-1726.

The object of the Complaint is to foreclose the mortgage against real estate more fully described below:

Situated in the City of Campbell, County of Mahoning, State of Ohio, and known as being Lot No. 3368 recording to the latest enumeration of lots in said City in Replat of City Lots 3359-3366 as recorded in Volume 99 of Plats, Page 18, Mahoning County Records.
