DEFENDANTS.
The Defendants, Financial Credit Corporation, but whose current address is unknown, will take notice that on the 7th day of March, 2005, U.S. Bank National Association, as trustee for the holders of the EQCC Home Equity Loan Asset backed certificates, Series 1999-1, filed a Complaint in Case Number 05CV 827, in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 3509 Neilson Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44502, ("Real Estate"), and alleged that the Defendant, named above have or may have an interest in this Real Estate. The legal description of the Real Estate is more fully described below:
Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio: And known as being Youngstown City Lot 26321 (fka Youngstown City Lot Number 420) and the Southeasterly part of Youngstown City Lot Number 26320 (fka the Southeasterly part of Youngstown City Lot Number 419) in Plat Number 4 of Powerstown, a subdivision of a part of Great Lot Number 44, as shown by the recorded plat of said Subdivision in Volume 13 of Maps, Page 49 of Mahoning County Records.
Said Youngstown City Lot Number 26321 and the Southeasterly part of Youngstown City Lot Number 26320 has a combined frontage of 45 feet on the Northeasterly side of Neilson Avenue, and extends back 125 feet on the Northwesterly line, 125 feet on the Southeasterly line and has a combined rear line of 45 feet, as appears by said Plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

PROPERTY LOCATION: 3509 Neilson Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44502.
The Defendants, named above, are required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 9th day of August, 2005. In the event that the Defendant named above fails to respond in the allotted time, judgment by default can be entered against them for the relief requested in the Plaintiff's Complaint.
