You are hereby notified that you have een named as a Defendant in a legal action entitled "CitiFinancial, Inc., vs. Rosemary Collins, et al." This case has been asigned Case No. 2005CV00438 and is pending in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, alleging that

The object of the complaint is to foreclose the mortgage against real property located at 3003 Rush Blvd., Youngstown, Ohio 44507 and the prayer is to foreclose on all interest owned by you and for costs. The real estates in question are also legally described as:

Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio, and known as being Lot No. Thirty-four Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty-three (34923) according to the latest enumeration of Lots in said City as recorded in Volume 19 of Plats, Page 20, Mahoning County Records. Said Lot has a frontage of Fifty (50) feet on the East line of Rush Boulevard, and extends back on its North line One Hundred Thirty (130) feet and on its South line, One Hundred Thirty (130) feet, having a rear line of Fifty (50) feet, as appears by said Plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

PROPERTY LOCATION: 3003 Rush Blvd., Youngstown, Ohio 44507.

You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 8th day of July, 2005.

In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
