Stephanie L. Spellman, whose last known place of residence was 20 N. Wickliff Circle #32, Youngstown, Ohio 44515, and is now unknown, will hereby take notice that on the 20th day of May, 2004, Adam M. Wade, filed a Complaint against you in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case Number 04CV 1737 on the docket of said Court, alleging that

WHEREFORE, Plaintiff prays for relief as follows:

a) Compensatory relief in the amount of $87,500.00.

b) Punitive and exemplary damages in the amount of $275,000.00.

c) Costs, interest and such other and further relief as shall be determined at law.

You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 5th day of July, 2005.

In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
