Michael D. Vickers, whose last known place of residence was 3182 Pine Hollow Drive, Youngstown, Ohio 44502, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; Joseph D. Winkfield, whose last known place of residence was 2000 Draper Avenue, S.E. Warren, Ohio 44484, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; Allstate Insurance Company, whose last known place of residence was P.O. Box 4658, 33 Fitch Boulevard, Youngstown, Ohio 44512, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown, will hereby take notice that on the 27th day of August, 2004, Barry L. Hammond, filed a Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case Number 04CV 3023 on the docket of said Court, alleging

Personal injuries arising from an automobile accident occurring on or about May 26, 1998 at the intersection of Sunset and Midlothian Boulevards in the City of Youngstown, Ohio. The Plaintiff is claiming bodily injuries due to Defendant Vickers' negligent operation of Defendant Winkfield's automobile. The Defendants may be uninsured or underinsured and therefore, a claim is being made against Allstate Insurance Company. The demand for relief requests compensatory damages in excess of $25,000.00 from each Defendant, along with interest, costs, and any other relief the Court may deem proper.

You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 5th day of July, 2005.
