Unknown Heirs and their spouses, the devisees, legatees, executors, administrators and assigns of James Franklin, and the unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of James Franklin, whose addresses are unknown, and Unknown Heirs and their spouses, the devisees, legatees, executors, administrators and assigns of Marie Franklin, and the unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of Marie Franklin, whose addresses are unknown, will take notice that on the 6th day of October, 2004, U.S. Bank, NA, as trustee for the holders of the CSFB mortgage pass-through certificates, Series 2002-HE4, filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, Case Number 04CV 3489. The object of, and demand for relief in, the Complaint is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which plaintiff alleges that the foregoing defendants have or claim to have an interest:
Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:
And being Youngstown City Lot No. 36874 according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City in The Rayen Company Plat, subdivision of a part of Youngstown City Out Lot 1256 as shown by the recorded plat of said subdivision in Volume 18 of Maps, Page 155 of Mahoning County Records and being 50 feet front on the Northerly side of Catalina Avenue and extending back of equal width 150 feet as appears by said Plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

The defendants named above are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 1st day of July, 2005.
