Unknown heirs and their spouses, the devisees, legatees, executors, administrators and assigns of Willie Mae Garrett, and the unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of Willie Mae Garrett, all of whose addresses are unknown, will take notice that on the 15th day of February, 2005, Novastar Mortgage, Inc., filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case Number 05CV 569. Te object of, and demand for relief in, the Complaint is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which plaintiff alleges that the foregoing defendant has or claims to have an interest:

Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio and known as being City Lot No. 30940 according to the latest enumeration of lots in The Youngstown Flint Bill Realty Company Plat, a Subdivision of a part of Original Out Lot 1186, as shown by the recorded plat of said Subdivision in Volume 16 of Maps, Page 170 of Mahoning County Records, as appears by said Plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
