Honie L. Washburn, aka Honie Lynn Washburn whose last known address is unknown and whose residence is unknown and, if married, the unknown spouses and, if deceased, their unknown heirs and devisees, whose addresses are unknown, will hereby take notice that on the 14th day of March, 2005, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. filed its Complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case No. 05CV 913 in said Court against Honie L. Washburn, aka Honie Lynn Washburn, et al., praying for judgment of $82,627.49 with interest at the rate of 8.55% per annum from September 1, 2004 until paid and for foreclosure of a mortgage on the following described real estate, to wit:

Situated in the Township of Springfield, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio, and known as Lot No. 1 in Curtis R. Macklin Plat No. 1, as recorded in Volume 36 of Plats, Page 1 of Mahoning County Records, as appears by said Plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

Known for street numbering purposes as 11675 Beard Road, New Springfield, Ohio 44443

PERMANENT PARCEL NO. 01-136-0-001.00-0

and that Defendants be required to set up any interest they may have in said premises or be forever barred, that upon failure of said Defendants to pay or cause to be paid said judgment within three days from its rendition that an Order of Sale be issued to the Sheriff of Mahoning County, Ohio, to appraise, advertise, and sell said real estate, that the premises be sold free and clear of all claims, liens and interest of any of the parties herein, that the proceeds from the sale of said premises be applied to Plaintiff's judgment and for such other relief to which Plaintiff is entitled.

Said Defendants will take notice that they will be required to answer said Complaint on or before the 28th day of June, 2005, or judgment will be rendered accordingly.
