To the Defendants, Catherine M. Jones, deceased, the Unknown Spouse, if any, of Catherine M. Jones, deceased, the Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Executors, Administrators, Assigns and the Unknown Spouses, if any, of the Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns of Catherine M. Jones, deceased (collectively referred to "Defendant"), whose present whereabouts are unknown and cannot, with reasonable diligence be ascertained, will take notice that on the 10th day of January, 2005. Sky Bank, successor by merger to Mahoning National Bank filed its Complaint for Foreclosure ("Complaint") in the Court of Common Pleas, Mahoning County, Ohio, where the same is now pending in Case No. 05CV 96. The object of the Complaint is to foreclose upon a mortgage against the real estate currently owned by Defendant, Catherine M. Jones, now deceased, referred to in Count Two of the Complaint and described as:
Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio: And known as being Youngstown City Lot Number Twenty-eight Thousand Three Hundred Three (28303) according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City, formerly known as Lot No. 28, as recorded in Volume 10 of Plats, Page 21, Mahoning County Records, and is bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the Southerly line of McGuffey Road 103.11 feet Southwest from the West line of Lansdowne Boulevard (formerly Bond Street) and running thence South 20¼ 46' East 80 feet; thence South parallel with the West line of Lansdowne Boulevard 48.37 feet to the North line of City Lot No. 28306; thence West by the North line of City Lot No. 28306, 50 feet to the East line of City Lot No. 28302; thence North parallel with Lansdowne Boulevard 25.34 feet; thence North 20¼ 46' West 80 feet to the Southerly line of McGuffey Road 54.6 feet to the place of beginning, as appears by said Plat.

The relief demanded is foreclosure of Sky Bank's Mortgage lien interest and sale of the property in payment of the principal and interest balance due and owing on a Multistate Fixed Rate Note executed by Defendant Catherine M. Jones, et al., now deceased, with a balance due and owing to Sky Bank in the amount of Thirteen Thousand Seven Hundred One and 38/100 Dollars ($13,701.38) plus interest at the rate of 8.0000% per annum from January 3, 2005, plus late fees, advances and costs of these proceedings and future expenses as may be advanced by Sky Bank under the terms of its mortgage and for such further relief to which Sky Bank may be entitled.
You are required to answer the Complaint within twenty-eight days after the last publication of this notice, which will be published once each week for six successive weeks, said answer day being the 10th day of June, 2005.
In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as permitted by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure within the time stated, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
