Walter J. Bozis, Jr.'s Unknown Heirs, Creditors, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns, whose last place of residence as well as whose present place of residence is unknown, Jane Doe, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Walter J. Bozis, Jr., deceased, whose last place of residence is known as 554 Sunshine Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44505, and Youngstown Osteopathic Hospital, whose last place of business as well as whose present place of business is unknown, will take notice that on the 18th day of March, 2005, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., filed its Complaint in Case No. 05CV 1000 in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, 120 Market Street, Youngstown, OH 44503, seeking foreclosure and alleging that the Defendants Walter J. Bozis, Jr.'s Unknown Heirs, Creditors, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns, Jane Doe, Unknown Spouse, if any of Walter J. Bozis, Jr., deceased, and Youngstown Osteopathic Hospital have or claim to have an interest in real estate described below:

Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio, and known as being Youngstown City Lot Number Thirty-two Thousand Five Hundred Seventy-three (32573) according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City as recorded in Volume 17 of Plats, Page 82, Mahoning County Records

Said Lot has a frontage of Forty (40) feet on the West line of Sunshine Avenue and extends back on its North line One Hundred Thirty-seven (137) feet, and on its South line One Hundred Thirty-seven (137) feet, having a rear line of Forty (40) feet, as appears by said Plat, subject to all legal highways.

PROPERTY LOCATION: 554 Sunshine Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44505.

You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 10th day of June, 2005.

In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
