Defendants, CHRISTOPHER W. FRANKO AND JANE DOE, Real Name Unknown, Unknown Spouse, if any, of CHRISTOPHER W. FRANKO, whose last known address is 156 Perry Street, Struthers, Ohio 44471, and METMORE FINANCIAL, INC., whose last known address is 9225 Indian Creek Parkway, Suite 300, Overland Park, KS 66210, will take notice that on the 25th day of January, 2005, Wells Fargo Bank, Minnesota, NA, successor by merger to Norwest Bank Minnesota, N.A., as trustee of Ameriquest Mortgage Securities, Inc., floating rate pass-through certificates Series 2000-1 under the pooling and servicing agreement dated May 1, 2000, c/o Ameriquest Mortgage Company, filed their Complaint in Case Number 05CV 283, in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, alleging that the Defendants, CHRISTOPHER W. FRANKO AND JANE DOE, REAL Name Unknown, Unknown Spouse if any, of CHRISTOPHER W. FRANKO and METMORE FINANCIAL, INC., have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below:
Situated in the Township of Boardman, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio, and known as being a part of Great Lot Number Fourteen (14) 4th Division of said Township, bounded and described as follow:
Beginning at a point in the center line of Hitchcock Road, said point being Southerly along the center line a distance of 485 feet from the intersection of said center line with the Northerly line of said Great Lot No. 14; thence Westerly and parallel with said Northerly line of Great Lot No. 14, a distance of about 462 feet to the intersection thereof with the Easterly line of lands now or formerly owned by Nathan Beibor; thence in a Southerly direction and along said Easterly line of Beibor land a distance of 95 feet to the intersection thereof with the Northerly line of land now or formerly owned by Kenneth S. Little; thence in an Easterly direction and along said Northerly line of Littles land a distance of 462 feet to the intersection thereof with the center line of said Hitchcock Road; thence in a Northerly direction and along said center line a distance of 95 feet to the place of beginning.

The Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of default in the payment of the promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken and the same has become absolute.
The Plaintiff demands that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshalling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of Plaintiff‘s claim in the proper order of its priority and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.
The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 10th day of June, 2005.
