John J. Peterson whose last known address is unknown; Leona J. Peterson whose last known address is unknown; Diana P. Disko whose last known address is unknown; James F. Disko whose last known address is unknown and whose residences are unknown and, if married, the unknown spouses and, if deceased, their unknown heirs and devisees, whose addresses are unknown, will hereby take notice that on the 18th day of February, 2005, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. filed its Complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case No. 05CV 629 in said Court against Sheryl Strock, et al. praying for judgment of $62,124.78 with interest at the rate of 8.76% per annum from September 6, 2004 until paid and for foreclosure of a mortgage on the following described real estate, to wit:

And known as being Youngstown City Lot Number Twenty-seven Thousand Four Hundred Seventy (27470) according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City, formerly Lot No. 348 in The Realty Trust Company, et al Plat, as recorded in Volume 15 of Plats, Page 62, Mahoning County Records.

Said Lot has a frontage of Fifty (50) feet on the North line of Alameda Avenue and extends back on its East line One Hundred Seventy (170) feet, which is also the West line of Ford Avenue, and on its West line One Hundred Seventy (170) feet, having a rear line of Fifty (50) feet, as appears by said Plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

and that Defendants be required to set up any interest they may have in said premises or be forever barred, that upon failure of said Defendants to pay or cause to be paid said judgment within three days from its rendition that an Order of Sale be issued to the Sheriff of Mahoning County, Ohio, to appraise, advertise, and sell said real estate, that the premises be sold free and clear of all claims, liens and interest of any of the parties herein, that the proceeds from the sale of said premises be applied to Plaintiff's judgment and for such other relief to which Plaintiff is entitled.

Said Defendants will take notice that he will be required to answer said Complaint on or before the 7th day of June, 2005, or judgment will be rendered accordingly.
