DEFENDANTS.

The Defendants, the unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, administrators, executors, successors, assigns and next of kin of the Defendant, all of whose places of residence are unknown and cannot be ascertained, will take notice that on the 15th day of March, 2005, The Home Savings and Loan Company of Youngstown, Ohio, filed its Complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Mahoning County, Ohio in Case Number 05CV 947 as numbered upon the Docket of said Court, asking for the sum of $32,196.41 upon a certain obligation signed by, deceased, with interest at the rate of 5.875% per annum from March 8, 2005 and asking also for the foreclosure of a certain mortgage covering the following described premises:

Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:

And known as being Youngstown City Lot Nos. 35442 and 35443, according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City, as shown by the recorded plat of said Subdivision in Volume 19 of Maps, Pages 24 and 25, of Mahoning County Records.

PROPERTY LOCATION: 840 E. Lucius Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44502.

Said above named parties are Defendants in the above entitled action and are required to answer within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 26th day of May, 2005.
