Ann C. McKenna, aka Anne C. McKenna, whose last place of residence is known as 42 Wilson Street, Struthers, Ohio 44471-1621, but whose present place of residence is unknown, John Doe, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Ann C. McKenna, aka Anne C. McKenna, whose last place of residence is known as 42 Wilson Street, Struthers, Ohio 44471-1621, but whose present place of residence is unknown, and Unknown Heirs at Law, Devisees, Legatees, Executors or Administrators of Ann C. McKenna, aka Anne C. McKenna, deceased, whose last places of residence are Unknown, but whose present places of residence are unknown, will take notice that on the 10th day of January, 2005, Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, fka Bankers Trust Company of California, N.A., as trustee on behalf of the owners of mortgage pass-through certificates Series 2002-AMI, filed its Complaint in Foreclosure in Case No. 05CV 88 in the Court of Common Pleas, Mahoning County, Ohio, alleging that the Defendants, Ann C. McKenna, aka Anne C. McKenna, John Doe, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Ann C. McKenna, aka Anne C. McKenna, and Unknown Heirs at Law, Devisees, Legatees, Executors or Administrators of Ann C. McKenna, aka Anne C. McKenna, deceased, have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below:
Situated in the City of Struthers, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio, and known as being Struthers City Lot No. 1789 according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City in Creed and Morrison Fourth Addition, a subdivision of a part of Original Poland Township Great Lot No. 12, as shown by the recorded plat of said Subdivision in Volume 11 of Maps, Page 69 of Mahoning County Records.
Said Struthers City Lot No. 1789 has a frontage of 50 feet on the Southerly side of Wilson Street, and extends back between parallel lines 150 feet on the Easterly line, 150 feet on the Westerly line and has a rear line of 50 feet, as appears by said Plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

The Petitioner further alleges that by reason of default of the Defendant(s) in the payment of a promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken, and the same has become absolute.
The Petitioner prays that the Defendant(s) named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshalling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of Petitioner‘s claim in the proper order of its priority, and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.
THE DEFENDANT(S) NAMED ABOVE ARE REQUIRED TO ANSWER ON OR BEFORE THE 18th DAY OF MAY, 2005.
