Unknown Heirs, Creditors, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns of Estoria L. Ware, deceased, whose last place of residence as well as whose present place of residence is unknown and John Doe, Unknown Spouse, if any of Estoria L. Ware, deceased, whose last place of residence is known as 1039 Hawthorne Street, Youngstown, Ohio 44502, but whose present place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on the 3rd day of February, 2005, Federal National Mortgage Association, filed its Complaint in Case No. 05CV 384 in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Mahoning County Clerk of Courts, Mahoning County Court House, 120 Market Street, Youngstown, OH 44503, seeking foreclosure and alleging that the Defendants Unknown Heirs, Creditors, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns of Estoria L. Ware, Deceased and John Doe, Unknown Spouse, if any of Estoria L. Ware, deceased, have or claim to have an interest in real estate described below:
Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:
And known as being Lot No. 15962 according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City, as recorded in Volume 11 of Plats, Page 1, Mahoning County Records. Said Lot has a frontage of 43 feet on the Southerly line of Hawthorne Avenue and extends back on its Easterly line 140 feet, and on its Westerly line 140 feet, having a rear line of 43 feet, as appears by said Plat.

You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 13th day of May, 2005.
In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
