A Complaint for personal injury was filed against Defendant, Kimberly Ciccolelli, whose last known place of residence was 3411 Sheridan, Youngstown, Ohio 44502, by Plaintiff, Angelina Watkins, in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, under Case Number 02CV 1521, alleging that

On September 17, 2001, Defendant negligently operated her motor vehicle into Plaintiff, in Mahoning County, Ohio, causing damage to Plaintiff's person and property.

The relief demanded is in excess of $25,000.00 Defendant has Twenty-eight (28) days to Answer Plaintiff's Complaint from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 20th day of April, 2005.
