Defendant, Herman Bogan and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Herman Bogan, but whose current addresses are unknown, will take notice that on the 8th day of November, 2004, Fidelity Bank, a Federally Chartered Bank, filed its Complaint in Case Number 04CV 3908 in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 2224 Ash Street, Youngstown, Ohio 44507, ("Real Estate"), and alleged that the Defendants, Herman Bogan and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Herman Bogan, have or may have an interest in this Real Estate. The legal description of the Real Estate is more fully described below:
Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio, and known as being Youngstown City Lot Number Thirty-two Thousand Five Hundred Twenty-one (32521) according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City, formerly Lot No. 59 in The Knox Land Company Plat, as recorded in Volume 17 of Plats, Page 84, Mahoning County Records.
Said Lot has a frontage of Forty-five (45) feet on the West line of Ash Street and extends back on its North line One Hundred Thirty-five (135) feet, and on its South line One Hundred Thirty-five (135) feet, having a rear line of Forty-five (45) feet, as appears by said plat.

PROPERTY LOCATION: 2224 Ash Street, Youngstown, Ohio 44507.
The Defendants, Herman Bogan and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Herman Bogan, are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 20th day of April, 2005.
