DEFENDANTS.
The Defendant, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Debra S. Peluso, but whose current address is unknown, will take notice that on the 10th day of December, 2004, Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as trustee, in trust for registered holders of Equifirst Mortgage Loan Trust 2003-1, asset-backed certificates, Series 2003-1, filed its Complaint in Case Number 04CV 4308, in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 69 Euclid Avenue, Struthers, Ohio 44471, ("Real Estate"), and alleged that the Defendant, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Debra S. Peluso, have or may have an interest in this Real Estate. The legal description of the Real Estate is more fully described below:
Situated in the City of Struthers, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio;
And known as being Struthers City Lot No. 2029 according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City (formerly Lot 34) in Helen S. Thomas et al, plat as recorded Plat Book 10, Page 149 of Mahoning County Records.
Said Struthers City Lot No. 2029 has a frontage of 50 feet on the West line of Euclid Avenue and extends back 140 feet on its North line, 140 feet on its South line and has a rear line of 50 feet as appears by said Plat, and also the East 7-1/2 feet of vacated alley by Struthers County.

PROPERTY LOCATION: 69 Euclid Avenue, Struthers, Ohio 44471.
The Defendant, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Debra S. Peluso, is required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 20th day of April, 2005. In the event that the Defendant, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Debra S. Peluso, fails to respond in the allotted time, judgment by default can be entered against them for the relief requested in the Plaintiff's Complaint.
