Mary Beth Ryan, whose last address is unknown, will take notice that on the 16th day of November, 2004, Select Portfolio Servicing, Inc., filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case Number 04CV 4023. The object of, and demand for relief in, the Complaint is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which plaintiff alleges that the foregoing defendant has or claims to have an interest:
Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:
And known as being Lot Number 32414 according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City as shown in a plat, thereof, known as Cochran Park Plat No. 4 recorded in Volume 17, Page 81, Mahoning County Records of Plats.
Said Youngstown City Lot Number 32414 has a frontage of 42.22 feet on the North line of Auburndale Avenue and extends back on its East line 150 feet, and extends back on its West line 150 feet, and having a rear line of 42.22 feet as appears by said Plat.

The defendants named above are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 7th day of April, 2005.
