Unknown Heirs and Devisees of Gordon Ronald Gavin, deceased, whose last known addresses are UNKNOWN and whose residences are unknown and, if married, the unknown spouses and, if deceased, their unknown heirs and devisees, whose addresses are unknown, will hereby take notice that on the 22nd day of September, 2004, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. filed its Complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case No. 04CV 3319 in said Court against Gordon Ronald Gavin, et al praying for judgment of $73,767.06 with interest at the rate of 7% per annum from April 1, 2004 until paid and for foreclosure of a mortgage on the following described real estate, to wit:
SITUATED IN THE CITY OF STRUTHERS, COUNTY OF MAHONING AND STATE OF OHIO: AND BEING KNOWN AS BEING STRUTHERS CITY LOT NO. 2099, ACCORDING TO THE LATEST ENUMERATION OF LOTS IN SAID CITY, FORMERLY KNOWN AS SUB LOT NO. 104 IN GRACE LYONS PLAT AS RECORDED IN VOLUME 17 AT PAGE 29, MAHONING COUNTY RECORD OF PLATS AND BEING 50 FEET FRONT ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF MAPLEWOOD DRIVE AND EXTENDING BACK OF EQUAL WIDTH 130 FEET AS APPEARS BY SAID PLAT.
BE THE SAME MORE OR LESS, BUT SUBJECT TO ALL LEGAL HIGHWAYS.
Known for street numbering purposes as 246 Maplewood, Struthers, Ohio 44471
PERMANENT PARCEL NO. 38-007-064.00
and that Defendants be required to set up any interest they may have in said premises or be forever barred, that upon failure of said Defendants to pay or cause to be paid said judgment within three days from its rendition that an Order of Sale be issued to the Sheriff of Mahoning County, Ohio, to appraise, advertise, and sell said real estate, that the premises be sold free and clear of all claims, liens and interest of any of the parties herein, that the proceeds from the sale of said premises be applied to Plaintiff's judgment and for such other relief to which Plaintiff is entitled.
Said Defendants will take notice that he will be required to answer said Complaint on or before the 17th day of March, 2005, or judgment will be rendered accordingly.
