John F. Wilcox whose last known address is 6036 1/2 Market Street, Boardman, Ohio 44512, and Jane Doe, Spouse of John F. Wilcox, if Married (Name Unknown) whose last known address is 6036 1/2 Market Street, Boardman, Ohio 44512 and whose residence is unknown and, if married, the unknown spouses and, if deceased, their unknown heirs and devisees, whose addresses are unknown, will hereby take notice that on the 9th day of July, 2004, Union Federal Bank of Indianapolis filed its Complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case No. 04CV 2364 in said Court against John F. Wilcox, et al praying for judgment of $45,403.37 with interest at the rate of 8% per annum from October 1, 2003 until paid and for foreclosure of a mortgage on the following described real estate, to wit:
And known as being Youngstown City Lot No. 58502 according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City on Colonial Subdivision No. 2 as shown by the recorded plat of said Subdivision in Volume 37 of Maps, Pages 65, Mahoning County Records. Said Youngstown City Lot No. 58502 has a frontage of 67.37 feet on the Westerly curved side of Newbern Circle and extends back 229.37 feet on the Northerly line, 253.33 feet on the broken Southerly line and has a rear line of 44.87 feet as appears by said Plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

and that Defendants be required to set up any interest they may have in said premises or be forever barred, that upon failure of said Defendants to pay or cause to be paid said judgment within three days from its rendition that an Order of Sale be issued to the Sheriff of Mahoning County, Ohio, to appraise, advertise, and sell said real estate, that the premises be sold free and clear of all claims, liens and interest of any of the parties herein, that the proceeds from the sale of said premises be applied to Plaintiff's judgment and for such other relief to which Plaintiff is entitled.
Said Defendants will take notice that they will be required to answer said Complaint on or before the 22nd day of February, 2005, or judgment will be rendered accordingly.
