To the Defendants, Denise Marie Nazarini, deceased, The Estate of Denise Marie Nazarini, and the Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Executors, Administrators, Assigns, Unknown Spouses, if any, of Unknown Heirs, Deviseess, Legatees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns of The Estate of Denise Marie Nazarini, whose present whereabouts are unknown and cannot, with reasonable diligence be ascertained, will take notice that on the 26th day of October, 2004. Plaintiff, Sky Bank, successor by merger to Mahoning National Bank filed its Complaint for Foreclosure ("Complaint") in the Court of Common Pleas, Mahoning County, Ohio, where the same is now pending in Case No. 04CV 3739. The object of the Complaint is to foreclose on mortgage against the real estate currently owned by Defendant, Denise Marie Nazarini, deceased, The Estate of Denise Marie Nazarini, referred to in Count Two and Count Four of the Complaint and described as:
Situated in the County of Mahoning, State of Ohio and Township of Boardman and designated as Plat Lot Number Seven Hundred Twenty-seven (727) in a certain Plat of Lots called recorded Plat No. Three (3) "Boardman Park", as surveyed for said Grantor by Albert Haenny and recorded in Volume Twenty-one (21), Pages 10-11, Mahoning County Records of Maps, to which reference is made for metes and bounds. Said Lot has a frontage of Fifty (50) feet on the South side of Oakley Avenue and extends back therefrom a distance of One Hundred Fifty (150) feet between parallel lines, subject to all restrictions set for in the original plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

The relief demanded is foreclosure of Plaintiff's Mortgages I and II lien interest and sale of the property in payment of the principal and interest balance due and owing on a Note Number 77034679 ("Note I") executed by Defendants Denise Marie Nazarini and Joseph P. Nazarini with an outstanding balance due of Fifty-two Thousand Three Hundred Fifty-one and 36/100 ($52,351.36) plus interest at the rate of 7.1250% per annum from October 20, 2004. Further the principal and interest balance due and owing on Note Number 1600905110 ("Note II") executed by Defendant, Denise Marie Nazarini and Joseph P. Nazarini with an outstanding balance due of Twenty-four Thousand Seven Hundred Ninety-six and 27/100 ($24796.27), plus interest at the current rate of 4.75% per annum, from October 20, 2004, plus late charges, costs of this action, costs of title work and future expenses as may be advanced by Plaintiff, Sky Bank under the terms of its mortgage and for such further relief to which Sky Bank may be entitled.
You are required to answer the Complaint within twenty-eight days after the last publication of this notice, which will be published once each week for six successive weeks, said answer day being the 16th day of February, 2005, or you may be denied a hearing in this case.
In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as permitted by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure within the time stated, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
