Unknown Heirs and their spouses, the devisees, legatees, executors, administrators and assigns of John D. Deiley, Sr., and the unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of John D. Deiley, Sr., whose last known place of residence is UNKNOWN, and the Unknown spouse, if any, of John D. Deiley, Sr., whose last known address is UNKNOWN, will take notice that on the 12th day of October, 2004, Select Portfolio Servicing, Inc., filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, Case Number 04CV 3554. The object of, and demand for relief in, the Complaint is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which plaintiff alleges that the foregoing defendant has or claims to have an interest:

Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio: And known as being Youngstown City Lot Number Eighteen Thousand Eight Hundred Seventy-eight (18878) according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City, as recorded in Volume 14 of Plats, Page 103, Mahoning County Records.

Said Lot has a frontage of Thirty-five (35) feet on the South line of Mayfield Avenue and extends back on its West line Two Hundred (200) feet and on its East line Two Hundred (200) feet, having a rear line of Thirty-five (35) feet, as appears by said Plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

PROPERTY LOCATION: 1645 Mayfield Drive, Youngstown, Ohio 44509.

You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 1st day of February, 2005.

In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
