OREST J. ZARLINGO, ET AL.,
DEFENDANTS.
Orest J. Zarlingo and Beverly J. Zarlingo, aka Beverly Zarlingo, whose last known address is 537 W. Walnut Street, Lowellville, Ohio 44436 and Jane Doe, unknown spouse of Orest J. Zarlingo as of date of execution of deed recorded on 4/23/86 in Volume 228, Page 33 is address unknown, and the unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, executors, administrators, spouses and assigns and the unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of Orest J. Zarlingo and Beverly J. Zarlingo, aka Beverly Zarlingo, all of whose residences are unknown and cannot by reasonable diligence be ascertained, will take notice that on the 17th day of September, 2004, Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation, c/o Countrywide Home Loans, Inc. filed its Complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Mahoning County Ohio in Case No. 04CV 3270 on the docket of the Court, and the object and demand for relief of which pleading is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the following described real estate, to wit:
PROPERTY LOCATED AT: 180 West Walnut Street, Lowellville, Ohio 44436 and being more particularly described in plaintiff's mortgage recorded in Mortgage Book 4306, Page 76, of this County Recorder's Office.
PERMANENT PARCEL NOS. 40-008-0-009.00-0 and 40-008-0-008.00-0
All of the above named defendants are required to answer within twenty-eight (28) days after last publication, which shall be published once a week for six consecutive weeks, said answer day being the 18th day of January, 2005, or they might be denied a hearing in this case.
