Defendants, Jeremiah R. Jones and Jane Doe, Real Name Unknown, The Unknown Spouse, if any, of Jeremiah R. Jones, whose last known addresses are 44 Park Avenue, Struthers, Ohio 44471, will take notice that on the 6th day of October, 2004, Wells Fargo Bank, NA, successor by merger with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, Inc., filed their Complaint in Case Number 04CV 3502, in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, alleging that the defendants, Jeremiah R. Jones and Jane Doe, Real Name Unknown, The Unknown Spouse, if any, of Jeremiah R. Jones, have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below:
Situated in the City of Struthers, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio: And known as City Lot No. 732 as lots are now numbered in said City, and formerly known as Lot No. 7 of the William McCombs Plat, recorded in Volume 7 of Maps, at Page 88, Mahoning County Records. Said Lot fronts 60 feet on the South side of Park Avenue and extends back of even width 170.00 feet,
Known for street numbering purposes as 44 Park Avenue, Struthers, Ohio 44471

The Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of default in the payment of the promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken and the same has become absolute.
The Plaintiffs demand that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshalling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of Plaintiff‘s claim in the proper order of its priority and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.
The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 18th day of January, 2005.
