Rick Newman, whose last known place of residence is 3009 Canfield Road, Youngstown, Ohio 44511, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown, will hereby take notice that on the 30th day of August, 2004, Edward Pruett, filed a Complaint against you in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case Number 04CV 3030 on the docket of said Court, alleging that on or about September 29, 2002, Plaintiff, Edward Pruett, was lawfully and properly traveling in a vehicle on U.S. 62 in the City of Youngstown, when the defendant, Rick Newman, negligently operated his automobile and went left of center, striking the Plaintiff's vehicle, thus causing injury to him. Plaintiff, Edward Pruett demands judgment against the defendants, Rick Newman and Farmers Insurance of Columbus, for money damages in an amount in excess of Twenty-five Thousand Dollars, plus interest and costs of this action.

You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 12th day of January, 2005.

In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
