Jerry E. White's Unknown Heirs, Creditors, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns, whose last place of residence is unknown and Jane Doe, Unknown Spouse, if any of the deceased Jerry E. White, whose last place of residence is 3210 Gault Road, North Jackson, Ohio 44451-9711, but whose present place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on the 30th day of August, 2004, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., filed its Complaint in Case No. 04CV 3029 in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, 120 Market Street, Youngstown, OH 44503, seeking foreclosure and alleging that the Defendants Jerry E. White's Unknown Heirs, Creditors, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns and Jane Doe, Unknown Spouse, if any of the deceased Jerry E. White have or claim to have an interest in real estate described below:

PARCEL NO. 1:.

Situated in the Township of Jackson, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:

And known as being Sub Lot No. 3 and 4 in Mary F. Bradish Plat No. 1, as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 32, Page 313 of Mahoning County Records, and together forming a parcel of land 200 feet front on the West side of Gault Road and extending back of equal width 370 feet on the North line, 370 feet on the South line and having a rear line of 200 feet, as appears by said Plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

PARCEL NO. 2:

Situated in the Township of Jackson, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:

And known as being Lot No. 5 in Mary F. Bradish Plat No. 1, a subdivision of a part of Original Jackson Township Great Lot No. 30 as shown recorded in Volume 32, Page 313 of Mahoning County Records. Said Lot No. 5 has a frontage of 100 feet on the Westerly side of Gault Road and extends back 370 feet on the Northerly line, 370 feet on the Southerly line and has a rear line of 100 feet, as appears by said Plat, be the same more or less but subject to all legal highways.

PROPERTY LOCATION: 3210 Gault Road, North Jackson, Ohio 44451-9711.

You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 12th day of January, 2005.

In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
