Elizabeth Watkins Hulley, whose last known place of residence was 3501 Sheffield Manor Terrace, Apt. 303, Silver Spring, Maryland 20694 and the Unknown Heirs, Creditors, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns of Elizabeth Watkins hulley, if any, and Residents of 63 Fincastle Lane, Youngstown, Ohio 44505, you are hereby notified that you have been named Defendants in a legal action on the 28th day of October, 2004, entitled William F. Hulley, Jr., Plaintiff v. Elizabeth W. Hulley and the Unknown Heirs, Creditors, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns and Residents of 63 Fincastle Lane, Youngstown, Ohio 44505. This action has been assigned Case Number 04CV 3776, and is pending in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Youngstown, Ohio 44503.

The object of the complaint is to quiet title to the personal residence located at 63 Fincastle Lane, Youngstown, Ohio 44505 and the prayer is to foreclose and quiet all interest owned by you and for costs upon the following described real estate to wit:

Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:

And known as being Lot No. 59007 according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City, as recorded in Volume 40 of Plats, Pages 40 and 41, Mahoning County Records.

Said Lot has a frontage of 64.32 feet on the Easterly line of Fincastle Lane and extends back on its Northerly line 140 feet, and on its Southerly line 110.13 feet, having a rear line of 81.08 feet, as appears by said Plat, subject to all legal highways.

You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks. The last publication will be made on the 14th day of December, 2004 and said answer day being the 11th day of January, 2005.

In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
