The unknown heirs, next of kin, devisees, legatees, executors and/or administrators of DEBORAH S. SWEGAN, whose names and residences are unknown and cannot with reasonable diligence be ascertained, will take notice that on the 19th day of October, 2004, Sky Bank, successor by merger to Second National Bank of Warren, filed a Complaint against R. WENDELL SWEGAN, aka RALPH W. SWEGAN, et al, as Defendants, in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, 120 Market Street, Youngstown, Ohio 44503, being Case Number 04CV 3663 in said Court, demanding foreclosure of a certain promissory note and mortgage deed, barring of the equity of redemption, marshalling of liens and judicial sale and for other proper legal and equitable relief, upon the following described real property:

Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:

And known as being City Lot No. Thirty-six Thousand One Hundred and Thirty-two (36,132) according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City and Out Lots, bounded and described as follows:

Beginning on the Southerly side of Redondo Road at a point which is distant Easterly One Hundred Forty-nine and Thirty-five Hundredths (149.35) feet from the intersection of the Southerly line of Redondo Road with the Easterly line of Catalina Avenue; said point of beginning also the Northeasterly corner of City Lot No. 32678; thence South 22¼ 51' West along the Easterly line of said City Lot No. 32678, a distance of Two Hundred Seventy-five and Ten Hundredths (275.10) feet to a point; thence S. 34¼ 46' E., a distance of Thirty (30) feet to a point; thence South 87¼ 39' East, a distance of Ninety-three and Thirty-five Hundredths (93.35) feet to the Southwest corner of City Lot No. 32679; thence North 12¼ 23' East, along the Westerly line of said City Lot No. 32679, a distance of Two Hundred Sixty-two and Sixty-five Hundreths (262.65) feet to the Southerly line of Redondo Road; thence Westerly along the Southerly line of Redondo Road, a distance of Sixty-five (65) feet to the place of beginning, as shown by the Rayen Company's subdivision, plat of which is recorded in Volume 18, Page 146, Mahoning County Records of Maps, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

To all of the above named parties, you are hereby notified that you are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 29th day of December, 2004.

You are also required to serve a copy of your answer upon Plaintiff's attorney who is David D. Daugherty, 410 Mahoning Avenue, P.O. Box 1429, Warren, Ohio 44482.
