Jane Doe, or Unknown Spouse, of David A. Brion, aka David Arthur Brion, whose last place of residence is known as 126 North 19th Street, Sebring, Ohio 44672, David A. Brion, aka David Arthur Brion's Unknown Heirs, Creditors, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, whose last place of residence as well as whose present place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on March 16, 2004, ABN AMRO MORTGAGE GROUP, INC., filed its Complaint and on June 10, 2004 filed its Amended Complaint in Case No. 04CV 932 in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, 120 Market Street, Youngstown, OH 44503, seeking foreclosure and alleging that the Defendant Jane Doe, or Unknown Spouse, of David A. Brion, aka David Arthur Brion, David A. Brion, aka David Arthur Brion's Unknown Heirs, Creditors, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators have or claim to have an interest in real estate described below:

Situated in the Village of Sebring, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:

And known as and being the North 55 feet of Lot No. 961 and the Northwest 55 feet by 20 feet of Lot No. 960 in said Village of Sebring, bounded and described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot No. 961; thence East along the North line of Lot Nos. 961 and 960, a distance of 70 feet; thence South parallel to the East line of 9th Street, a distance of 55 feet; thence West a distance of 70 feet to the East line of 19th Street; thence North along 19th Street a distance of 55 feet to the place of beginning, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

PERMANENT PARCEL NOS.: 21-004-0-003.00 and 21-004-0-006.00

PROPERTY LOCATION: 126 North 19th Street, Sebring, Ohio 44672.

You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 11th day of January, 2005.

In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
