To the Defendants, Unknown Heirs, devisees, legatees, executors, administrators, assigns of James R. Friend, deceased and the Unknown Spouses of unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, executors, administrators and assigns of James R. Friend, deceased, whose present names and whereabouts are unknown and cannot, with reasonable diligence be ascertained, will take notice that on the 6th day of October, 2003. Sky Bank, successor by merger to Mahoning National Bank ("Sky Bank") filed its Complaint for Foreclosure in the Court of Common Pleas, Mahoning County, Ohio, 120 W. Market Street, Youngstown, OH 44503, where the same is now pending in Case No. 03CV 3527. The object and relief demanded in the Complaint is foreclosure of its mortgage against the real estate owned by James R. Friend, now deceased, in which said Defendants may claim an interest in and to, which is more fully described as follows:

Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio: And known as being Youngstown City Lots No. 16333 and 16335 according to the latest enumeration of lots in said city, in Hannah Kyle Plat, a Subdivision of a part of Original Youngstown Township Great Lot No. 27, as shown by the recorded plat of said subdivision in Volume 11 of Maps, page 19 of Mahoning County Records.

Said Youngstown City Lots No. 16333, 16334 and 16335 from a parcel of land having a frontage of 120 feet on the southerly side of Earl Avenue, and extends back 119.84 feet on the easterly line, 119.87 feet on the westerly line and has a rear line of 120 feet, as appears by said plat.

Known for street numbering purposes as 181 W. Earl Ave., Youngstown, OH 44507

PERMANENT PARCEL NOS. 53-052-0-304.00, 53-052-0-303.00 and 53-052-0-302.00

You, the defendants, are required to answer the Complaint within twenty-eight days after the last publication of this notice, which will be published once each week for six successive weeks, said answer day being the 14th day of December, 2004, or you may be denied a hearing in this case.

In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as permitted by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure within the time stated, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
