Jeanne M. Craft's Unknown Heirs, Creditors, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns, whose last place of residence as well as present place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on the 14th day of April, 2004, ABN Amro Mortgage Group, Inc., filed its Complaint in Case No. 04CV 1315 in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, 120 Market Street, Youngstown, OH 44503, seeking foreclosure and alleging that the Defendants Jeanne M. Craft's Unknown Heirs, Creditors, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns have or claims to have an interest in real estate described below:
Situated in the Township of Boardman, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio: And known as being Lot Number 1 in Millwood Park Plat, recorded in Volume 28, of Plats, Page 275, Mahoning County Records.
Said Lot has a frontage of 50 feet on the Northerly line of Melrose Avenue and extends back on its Easterly line 192 feet, and on its Westerly line 192 feet, having a rear line of 50 feet, as appears by said Plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

PROPERTY LOCATION: 342 Melrose Avenue, Boardman, Ohio 44512.
You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 30th day of November, 2004.
In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
