GLADYS R. BOGGS, DECEASED, ET AL

DEFENDANTS.

Betty Jo Stone, Earl Boggs, Paul R. Boggs, and if deceased, all heirs, devisees, legatees, executors, executrixes, administrators, administratrixes and assignees and John Doe, Unknown Spouse of Gladys R. Boggs, deceased, all heirs, devisees, legatees, executors, executrixes, administrators, administratrixes and assignees whose addresses are unknown, will hereby take notice that on the 14th day of June, 2004, American General Financial Services, Inc., filed its Complaint in Foreclosure and Marshalling of Liens in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case Number 04CV 1983 against praying for judgment in the amount of $23,195.77 with interest thereon according to the terms of the note from May 19, 2004 until paid and for foreclosure of said Mortgage Deed on the following described real estate, of which said Defendant, Gladys R. Boggs was then, and her estate is now the owner of:

PERMANENT PARCEL NO.: 16-042-0-276.00-0

PROPERTY LOCATION: 21375 Oak Street, Alliance, Ohio 44601.

And further described in a mortgage filed August 28, 2002 in Vol. 5242 Page 2703, Mahoning County Recorder's Office.

And that Defendants, Betty Jo Stone, Earl Boggs, Paul R. Boggs, and if deceased, all heirs, devisees, legatees, executors, executrixes, administrators, administratrixes and assignees and John Doe, Unknown Spouse of Gladys R. Boggs, deceased, all heirs, devisees, legatees, executors, executrixes, administrators, administratrixes and assignees be required to set up any interest they may have in said premises or be forever barred, that upon failure of said Defendants to pay or to cause to be paid said judgment within three days from its rendition that an Order of Sale be issued to the Sheriff of Mahoning County, Ohio, to appraise, advertise in the Daily Legal News and sell said real estate, that the premises be sold free and clear of all claims, liens and interest in any of the parties herein, that the proceeds from the sale of said premises be applied to the Plaintiff's judgment and for such other relief to which American General Financial Services, Inc. is entitled.

Said Defendants are directed to the Complaint wherein notice under the Fair Debt Collection Practice Act is given.

Said Defendants will take notice that it be required to answer said Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 5th day of November, 2004, or judgment will be rendered accordingly.
