GERALD CLARK, TONYA CLARK, JANE DOE CLARK, real name unknown spouse, if any, of GERALD R. CLARK, and the UNKNOWN HEIRS/DEVISEES of GERALD D. CLARK, will hereby take notice that on the 16th day of August, 2004, First Place Bank, successor in interest to FFY Bank, fka First Federal Savings Bank of Youngstown, filed a Complaint against GERALD R. CLARK, et al., in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case Number 04CV 2866 on the docket of said Court, asking for judgment in the following amounts: on account number 4110040602 the total amount due is $27,768.80, plus interest at the rate of 9.25% per annum from August 16, 2004, and on account number 9110067848 the total amount due is $870.05, plus interest at the rate of 10.0% per annum, plus delinquent interest, delinquent escrow, and contractual late charges; and also asking for foreclosure of a certain mortgage and sale of the real estate described as follows:

Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio and known as being Youngstown City Lot Number Thirty-nine Thousand Four Hundred Fifty-six (39456) according to the latest enumeration of lots is said City formerly known as Lot Number 26 in Brownlee Woods Plat Number 1 as recorded in Volume 15 of Plats, Page 86, Mahoning County Records.

Said Lot has a frontage of Fifty (50) feet on the South line of Midlothian Boulevard, and extends back on its West line One Hundred Seventy-seven and Twenty-eight Hundredths (177.28) feet and on its East line One Hundred Seventy-seven and Forty-six Hundredths (177.46) feet having a rear line of Fifty (50) feet as appears by said Plat, subject to all legal highways.

PROPERTY LOCATION: 1711 East Midlothian Boulevard, Youngstown, Ohio 44502-2905.

GERALD CLARK, TONYA CLARK, JANE DOE CLARK, real name unknown spouse, if any, of GERALD R. CLARK, and the UNKNOWN HEIRS/DEVISEES of GERALD D. CLARK, are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 26th day of October, 2004, or judgment will be taken against them and they will be forever barred from asserting a claim in said proceedings.
