Nancy Kale, deceased, whose last known address is 2260 Hamilton Avenue, Poland, Ohio 44514; Unknown Spouse, if any, of Nancy Kale, whose last known address is 2260 Hamilton Avenue, Poland, Ohio 44514; Unknown heirs and their spouses, the devisees, legatees, executors, administrators and assigns of Nancy L. Kale, and the unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of Nancy L. Kale, whose last known addresses are unknown, will take notice that on the 17th day of June, 2004, First Horizon Home Loan Corporation, filed its Complaint against you in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case Number 04CV 2065. The object of, and demand for relief in, the Complaint is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which plaintiff alleges that the foregoing defendants have or claim to have an interest:

Situated in the Township of Poland, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio: and known as being Lot Number Three Hundred Thirty-six (336) in Division "L" of Lyon Park Plat as recorded in Volume 28 of Plats, Page 249, Mahoning County Records.

Said Lot has a frontage of Sixty (60) feet on the North line of Hamilton Drive and extends back on its East line One Hundred Forty (140) feet, and on its West line One Hundred Forty (140) feet, having a rear line of Sixty (60) feet, as appears by said plat, subject to all legal highways.

PROPERTY LOCATION: 2260 Hamilton Avenue, Poland, Ohio 44514.

You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 19th day of October, 2004.

In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
