Unknown Heirs and Devisees of Fannie L. Burnett, Deceased, whose last known address is unknown and whose residence is unknown and, if married, the unknown spouses and, if deceased, their unknown heirs and devisees, whose addresses are unknown, will hereby take notice that on the 10th day of May, 2004, Union Federal Bank of Indianapolis filed its Complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case No. 04CV 1606 in said Court against Virginia M. Burnett, et al. praying for judgment of $39,228.45 with interest at the rate of 10.5% per annum from November 1, 2003 until paid and for foreclosure of a mortgage on the following described real estate, to wit:
Situated in the City of Campbell, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio, and known as being Campbell City Lot No. 6217 according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City in D.A. Plat No. 1, a subdivision of a part of Original Campbell City Out Lot No. 39 as shown by the recorded plat of said Subdivision in Volume 50 of Plats, Page 4 of Mahoning County Records. Said Campbell City Lot No. 6217 has a frontage of Sixty-one (61) feet on the Westerly side of Harold Lane and extends back One Hundred Seventy-eight and Ninety-nine Hundredths (178.99) feet on the Northerly line, One Hundred Eighty-one and Thirty-three Hundredths (181.33) feet on the Southerly line and has a rear line of Sixty-one (61) feet as appears by said Plat.

and that Defendants be required to set up any interest they may have in said premises or be forever barred, that upon failure of said Defendants to pay or cause to be paid said Judgment within three days from its rendition that an Order of Sale be issued to the Sheriff of Mahoning County, Ohio, to appraise, advertise, and sell said real estate, that the premises be sold free and clear of all claims, liens and interest of any of the parties herein, that the proceeds from the sale of said premises be applied to Plaintiff's judgment and for such other relief to which Plaintiff is entitled.
Said Defendants will take notice that they will be required to answer said Complaint on or before the 12th day of October, 2004, or judgment will be rendered accordingly.
