Scott A. Stetson, whose last known address is 128 Maryland Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44509, and Marilyn J. Stetson, whose last known address is 128 Maryland Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44509, will hereby take notice that on the 18th day of June, 2004, Centex Home Equity Corporation, filed a Complaint against you in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case Number 04CV 2063. The object of, and demand for relief in, the Complaint is to foreclose the lien of Plaintiff's Mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which plaintiff alleges that the foregoing defendants have or claim to have an interest:

Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio and known as being Youngstown City Lot Number Seventeen Thousand Eight Hundred Sixty-nine (17869) according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City and as recorded in Volume 11 of Plats, Page 41, Mahoning County Records. Said Lot has a frontage of Forty (40) feet on the West line of Maryland Avenue and extends back on its North line One Hundred Forty (140) feet, and on its South line One Hundred Forty (140) feet, having a rear line of Forty (40) feet, as appears by said plat, subject to all legal highways.

PROPERTY LOCATION: 128 Maryland Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44509.

You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 12th day of October, 2004.
