DEFENDANTS.
The Unknown Administrators, Executors, Executrices, Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Successors, Next of Kin of Stuart Ervin, Deceased, whose names and addresses are unknown.
You are hereby notified that you have been named as a Defendant in a legal action entitled "Citifinancial, Inc., vs Unknown Administrator/ Executor/Executrix of the Estate of Stuart Ervin, Deceased, et al." on the 29th day of July, 2004. This case has been assigned Case No. 04CV 2643 and is pending in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio.
The object of the complaint is to foreclose the mortgage against real property located at 1365 Forest View Drive, Youngstown, Ohio 44505 and the prayer to foreclose on all interest owned by you and for costs. The real estates in question are also legally described as:
Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio, and known as being Lot No. 56726 (according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City), as recorded in Volume 29 of Plats, Page 55 & 56, Mahoning County Records. Said Lot has a frontage of 50 feet on the Southerly curved line of Forest View Avenue, and extends back on its East line 139.11 feet, and on its West line 141.94 feet, having a rear line of 62.40 feet, as appears by said plat, subject to all legal highways.

PROPERTY LOCATION: 1365 Forest View Drive, Youngstown, Ohio 44505.
You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 12th day of October, 2004.
In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
