John M. Stevens, aka John Stevens, aka John Michael Stevens, whose last place of residence is 4218 Kerrybrook Drive, Youngstown, Ohio 44511, but whose present place of residence is unknown, and Jane Doe, Unknown Spouse, if any, of John M. Stevens, aka John Stevens, aka John Michael Stevens, whose last place of residence is known as 4218 Kerrybrook Drive, Youngstown, Ohio 44511, but whose present place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on the 20th day of May, 2004, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., aka The Leader Mortgage Company, Inc., filed its Complaint in Case No. 04CV 1732 in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, 120 Market Street, Youngstown, OH 44503, seeking foreclosure and alleging that the Defendants John M. Stevens, aka John Stevens, aka John Michael Stevens and Jane Doe, Unknown Spouse, if any, of John M. Stevens, aka John Stevens, aka John Michael Stevens have or claims to have an interest in real estate described below:

Situated in the Township of Austintown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio: and known as being Sublot No. 551, in Highland Park Plat No. 8, a Subdivision of a part of original Austintown Tonwship Great Lot Nos. 16 and 18, as shown by the recorded plat of said Subdivision in Volume 47 of Maps, Pages 35 and 36 of Mahoning County Records.

Said Sublot No. 551 has a frontage of 75 feet on the Northeasterly side of Kerrybrook Drive and extends back between parallel lines, 150 feet on the Northwesterly line, 150 feet on the Southeasterly line and has a rear line of 75 feet, as appears by said Plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

PROPERTY LOCATION: 4218 Kerrybrook Drive, Youngstown, Ohio 44511.

You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 8th day of October, 2004.

In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
