Christopher M. Petit, whose last place of residence is 6092 Applecrest Court, Youngstown, OH 44505-3155, but whose present place of residence is unknown, Ashley L. Petit, whose last place of residence is 6092 Applecrest Court, Youngstown, OH 44505-3155, but whose present place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on the 23rd day of January, 2004, ABN Amro Mortgage Group, Inc., filed its Complaint in Case No. 04CV 252 in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, 120 Market Street, Youngstown, OH 44503, seeking foreclosure and alleging that the Defendants Christopher M. Petit and Ashley L. Petit have or claims to have an interest in real estate described below:

Situated in the Township of Boardman, County of Mahoning, State of Ohio, and known as being Lot No. 9 of a replat of the R. H. Mathews Plat No. 1 as shown in Volume 72, Page 236, Mahoning County Records of Plats and being further bounded and described as follows:

Beginning at an iron pin on the Southerly right of way line of Mathews Road, said point being S. 86 degrees 57' 20" E., a distance of 128.22 feet from the Northwest corner of said plat;

Thence continuing along said right of way line 2 degrees 59' 03" W., a distance of 203.87 feet to an iron pin on the north line of Applecrest Court;

Thence N. 87 degrees 00' 50" W. along said North line a distance of 80.00 feet to an iron pin;

Thence N. 16 degrees 24' W. a distance of 216.27 feet to a point of beginning as shown by said plat, Be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

PROPERTY LOCATION: 6092 Applecrest Court, Youngstown, OH 44512.

You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 26th day of October, 2004.

In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
