Uhlar, whose last known address is Unknown, will take notice that on the 22nd day of March, 2004, Bank One, NA, filed a Complaint in Case Number 04CV 1004 in the Mahoning County Common Pleas Court, alleging that Defendant(s) have or claim to have an interest in the real estate commonly known as:

Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:

And being all of Lot No. 59089 as shown in Garden Estates Plat No. 8 as further shown by the recorded plat of said subdivision in Volume 40 of Maps, at Page 22 of Mahoning County Records.

PROPERTY LOCATION: 3311 Estate Circle, Youngstown, OH 44511.

The Complaint further alleges that by reason of default of the Defendant(s) Unknown Heirs, Creditors, Legatees, Assignees, Administrators, Devisees of Dorothy Uhlar, aka Dorothy A. Uhlar in the payment of a promissory note according to its tenor, the conditions of a mortgage deed given to it to secure payment of the said note and conveying the premises described therein have been broken and the same has become absolute.

You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 28th day of September, 2004.

In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
