Unknown Heirs, Creditors, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns of Michael A. Cusick, aka Michael Cusick, Deceased, whose last place of residence as well as whose present place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on the 20th day of May, 2004, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., filed its Complaint in Case No. 04CV 1735 in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, 120 Market Street, Youngstown, OH 44503, seeking foreclosure and alleging that the Defendants Unknown Heirs, Creditors, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns of Michael A. Cusick, aka Michael Cusick, Deceased, have or claims to have an interest in real estate described below:

Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio: and known as being Youngstown City Lot Number Twenty-eight Thousand Fifteen (28015) according to the latest enumeration of lots in siad City, as recorded in Plat Volume 26, Page 104, Mahoning County Records of Plats.

Said Youngstown City Lot No. 28015 has a frontage of Forty-nine (49) feet on the Easterly side of Risher Avenue, and extends back therefrom, of even width, a distance of One Hundred Fifty (150) feet, as appears by said Plat.

PROPERTY LOCATION: 3619 Risher Road, Youngstown, Ohio 44511.

You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 14th day of September, 2004.

In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
