Bair, aka Christina Rae Bair, whose last place of residence is known as 54 North Lakeview Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44509-2405, but whose present place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on the 9th day of February, 2004, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., solely as nominee for Countrywide Home Loans, Inc., filed its Complaint in Case No. 04CV 445 in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, 120 Market Street, Youngstown, OH 44503, seeking foreclosure and alleging that the Defendants Christina R. Bair, aka Christina Rae Bair and John Doe, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Christina R. Bair, aka Christina Rae Bair, have or claims to have an interest in real estate described below:

Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio, and bounded and described as follows:

And known as being City Lot Number 18268 according to the latest enumeration of Lots in said City.

Said City Lot No. 18268 has a frontage of 40 feet on the West line of Lakeview Avenue and extends back therefrom, of even width, to a depth of 125 feet.

You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 10th day of September, 2004.

In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
